Charlotte has been a cornerstone of the BPS team since 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Technology and brings five years of industry experience to the clinic. Driven by a lifelong mission to dedicate her career to animal welfare, Charlotte combines her technical expertise with a genuine, heartfelt passion for the patients in her care. Charlotte believes that the best clinical outcomes start with informed owners. She is particularly passionate about client education, taking the time to empower pet parents with the knowledge and tools they need to provide the highest standard of care at home. For Charlotte, every appointment is an opportunity to strengthen the bond between pets and their families. Having grown up in a household full of animals, Charlotte’s life has always been centered around pets. These days, she spends her time outside the clinic with her "cutie-pie" Dachshund, Spencer.
